I believe 32 years!

What do you like to do in your spare time?
I enjoy going caravanning, camping and doing some farm maintenance.

What is your favourite TV show?
A.B.C

What made you join the CFA?
A number of things really, it is a family tradition as my dad was a life member at Edithvale and the community service aspect.

What positions have you held during your time at the Pearcedale Fire Brigade?
President for a duration of 9 years.

What has been your most memorable CFA experience?
Australia day 2003 at the Omeo fires and also receiving the National Emergency Medal for the Black Saturday Fires.

What is your favourite food?
Meat and 3 veg.

How many days have you gone without showering?
14 days whilst bush walking in the South West of Tasmania.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years’ time in the brigade?
Retired from active fire fighting but helping out where required.

What is your favourite thing about CFA?
Camaraderie and helping the community.

If you could be any superhero who would it be and why?
Wile E Coyote, because he is very creative like me!

Lastly, what is your favourite thing about Pearcedale?
The friendly ‘small town’ feeling.
