Fire Equipment Maintenance

Pearcedale Fire Brigade provides a Fire Equipment Maintenance (FEM) service to the areas of Pearcedale and surrounding suburbs. The maintenance is conducted by qualified CFA personnel and covers all serviceable fire fighting, fire prevention and fire safety equipment.

Equipment maintained includes all types of fire extinguishers (water, foam, dry chemical, carbon dioxide CO2 and wet chemical), fire blankets, fire hose reels, hydrants and lay-flat hose.

All servicing is performed in line with CFA Guidelines, and to the relevant Australian Standards.

By ensuring that your fire equipment is appropriately maintained and checked at regular intervals, you can be assured that in the event of an emergency, the equipment you are relying on to save your life will work as expected.

The CFA provides servicing for all types of brands and equipment including Quell and Wormald brands.
